Leeds Beckett is one of the most popular universities in the UK with over 28,000 students studying for a qualification in the UK or overseas. Our university offers foundation, undergraduate, postgraduate, research and distance learning programmes with over 135 undergraduate and 200 postgraduate courses to choose from.

Leeds Business School is one of the University’s largest and most prosperous schools, with more than five thousand students studying a diverse range of subjects from international business, through retail, marketing to economics. We are proud to have one of the best schools for PR & Communications in the country.

As part of our commitment to provide high quality education and market-ready graduates, we work closely with local and national businesses. Therefore, we have developed one of the most successful retail-focused Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship programmes in the UK,  which was developed in conjunction with the British Retail Consortium. We also offer an adaptable, modular Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship and Senior Leader Masters’ Degree Apprenticeship to both levy- and non-levy-paying companies.

Leeds Business School is also a home to two business facing centres. The Leadership Centre is a nationally recognised unit specialising in providing leadership, management and coaching qualifications to support the development of confident, capable leaders though a wide range of ILM courses.

The Retail Institute is another asset of our school, that provides a unique platform between industry and academia. This academic centre works closely with global brands and retail industries to assists them with their research needs, such as market intelligence and consumer insights, helping to independently and reliably inform their retail, packaging and product strategies.
